BAD ,POOR ONLINE PURCHASING SERVICE

I placed an order online on the 16th October ,opted for click and collect in store,Up until no order has been recieved as in yet and its the 28th October today which is way past delivery time frame ,i will never place an order online ever again as the service is poor and slow ,i sent an email no reply up until today ,JUST ENSURE MY ORDER GETS DELIVERED TO ME IN THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
