Bad phone and rude customer srrvice

I bought an Itel A05 from Ackermans in Midrabd. .The phone keeps wiping out data. I took it to them and they exchange it 3 times with the same problem. I am in Easttndon and they say if I want another phone I must drive 1400kms to the branch in Johannesburg. Thier customer service is the rudest and unprofessional I have ever encounterd in all call centers. To date I am sitting with a phone that hard resets at least twice a day. I am spending over a hundred rand a day jus to keep resetting my data. Stay away from Itel phones
