Bad online service experience

I have placed an order online for click and collect on the 26 october 2025. Till today I haven’t received my order, when i track my order it says partially delivered. I went to the store i used for collection they say that the order is not complete they are still waiting for some of the items. How can this be when my order was placed under one day, i am soo annoyed because even the customer care line is not helpful. I am never ordering from ackermans online anymore.
