Bad management

I bought a phone through Ackermans and have sent it in for repairs twice, now they will not refund the phone even though it's still under warranty, they will only allow me to take a phone of the same value or more. What nonsense is this as there are no phones in this price range that are according to the specs I want at the store. Now we sit without a phone and without a refund!!
