Bad irritating service

I had a bad experience at Ackermans in Butterworth near Pep stores right at the robots. I went in the shop to buy Open View Decoder and I asked one of the staff members called Pumeza if they do have these decoders and she said yes they do have them and I joined the que. I stood the for 30 minutes and when I went to the till they told me they don't have those decoders. I was ****ed off but anyway the service was bad and tiring.
