Bad experience from Ackermans in kollonade

I am Caroline contact no ***,on the 4th of February 2020 I bought tekkies in Ackerman kollonade store in Pretoria,the normal price of R179.95was cancelled and reduced to R69,when I get to till point to pay for the shoes then the shoes scanned R129, I show them the price I saw then they refused to give me with the price I saw and said to me is not them who put that price as they don't use pan in store,I asked them who did it ?then they told me is not them n is not even their business who did it,they said if I was white person I was gonna pay n go or leave the shoes not to argue with them.they spoke to me so bad with an attitude and make me feel as if am the one who put that price on the shoes.i called head office same day complaint to them,then they said they will get back to me with the feedback, someone from the head office called me and said his taking the quiry to the store since on the 7th even today they haven't done anything.they gave me a ref no 664045,since today still nothing.they have cameras in store I want them to show me if I did change that price cause they talked as if am the one who did it.that experience I received in that store was bad.was helped by Patricia cashier and the manager.
