Bad experience at Ackermans

I Mandla Ndesi had a bad experience at Ackermans ndofaya mall,with the manager and one of the staff i enquired about the insurance for a phone and the manager referred me to the lady who is assigned,to that department.I asked her about the insurance and she answered me, when i wanted to know more about the insurance she became rude to me,And when i walked away the manager came to and said why did i swear at the lady and i puzzled by the question.I couldn't even address the manager by name because she didn't have a name tack and the staff member also didn't have a name tack, I'm not happy with the way she handled the matter this happened on the 15 May 2020 around 12:15.
