Bad environment to be shopping in.

I visited the Zeerust store today and upon my arrival the store was packed and busy. It was very stuffy and hot inside the shop and I asked 1 of the assistants why the aircons weren't turned on as they could see that everyone in the shop is sweating and the environment was not conducive for us or the staff themselves and the response was that they are not working. Just because the news and TV have stopped talking about Covid doesn't mean it's not there. Have an overcrowded place with no ventilation is a health hazard. The only access point for fresh air was the door we entered through. The Staff were on point with the service they rendered to us so let it be clear that my complaint is about the environment in which they work and we have to be in. This aircon story has been like this since last month so I fail to understand how a company as big as this struggle to resolve a matter as small as that. Or must someone faint before you act?
