bad customer services

my daughter went to Ackermans Diepkloof square to buy school uniform, she was not allowed into the store cos she is a student, I called the store spoke to Lerato she said the reason is that student mess up the stock, I told why cant they allow only the person who is buying , she cound;t answer me, I called customer services spoke to Nosicelo , it was like she doesn't know what to say ,she kept on asking one question over and over , what of services do you people give
