Bad customer service I've experienced and it's not the first time 💔😔

I just don't know a big clothing retail like this could not recognise their stock bought crocs for kids it pilling off and I lost the slip because I didn't think I would experience this because I normally buy them for my boy I don't even want a refund I just wanted to exchange but they refusing I'm surprised I normally change if I don't have a receipt why now when they're shoe are damaged I must stay with them because of a slip I don't have this people are full of nonsense if may say money waisted for nothing just to throw them in the bin no more going there again you're failing your customers and it's not the first time this happening
