Bad customer service from management

Received terrible service from Ackermans in Busycorner mall , there was a long queue only 2 till point’s working. People who come in store to buy cellphones don’t queue they put them in front and that made the queue slow worse, am wondering us customers who are buying clothes don’t bring same money that people buying cellphones brings . The manager Godfrey was very rude and after I asked him why his store is operating like that he told me it’s his rules and I can do whatever I want he doesn’t care. Am never going back to that store bad customer service and rudeness especially from a senior employee
