Bad Customer service from Customer Care

On the 14th February I was at Protea Glen Mall to do an exchange and with the balance I requested for a voucher as I couldn't find what I can use my R170 for, then it was done. Along the days I remembered that I had a voucher that I haven't used, so I looked for my slip(Voucher) but couldn't find it. I then googled Ackermans then sent out an email to customer care to request for assistance in retreiving the slip(Voucher) then a lady called me and gave me a 021 number to call for assistance. I called several times but couldn't go through mind you when you use a cellular to call and the auto voice machine answers airtime depletes. I then saw an email saying my ticket has been closed, I rep**** saying I haven't been assisted and each time I rep**** I would receive an email saying my ticket is closed. I then went to the branch(Ackermans Protea Glen Mall) to ask for assistance since customer care couldn't help, the Manager managed to get the voucher number with missing digits, then she called for assistance. The same thing that happened to me happened to her too, no one could assist her. How can the whole Customer Care be unable to assist me and their Manager? Even after she managed to get the Voucher number with missing digits, transaction number and the amount? R170 at Ackermans goes a long way but for them not to provide assistance to their customer and Manager shows that they don't care about their customers.

Reviewer Update
So yesterday a lady(Inam) calls me and says she's she will call the department that is supposed to assist me, once again she is told there is nothing they can assist me with. Which customer goes to a store and give away money(R170) without getting something back, I would rather donate to people who need money not big Company like Ackermans who can't do a reprint of a voucher while other companies like MTN,Vodacom etc can assist with lost voucher. Well if Ackermans is worried about security issues regarding vouchers why can't they create a system that will assist it's customers because no one will just give away their money to the clothing store. I am unsatisfied about all this as they are still not coming up with a solution to keep their customers. Clearly Ackermans don't care about their customers and their reputation.
