Bad customer service

Went to Ackerman's Cresta mall around past 2 there was a lady by the name Tumelo she's pathetic she told me she doesn't have change I had R100 buying a chocolate, what hurts me is that if I was white I was not gonna get that treatment I had to go to clicks to buy, she was not bothered
