Bad customer service experience

What a bad customer service experience at the Garden Route Mall. I waited to be assisted to buy a cellphone for almost an hour while patiently waiting for the lady at the cellphone department to assist the client before me, the lady was panicking while busy assisting that client kept on saying to her colleagues that she has to knock off they should take over and assist the current client. A client that came after me got assisted before by another person still I patiently waited for my turn, but nobody assisted or acknowledged me even there tellers who can see me while patiently waiting to be assisted, when I finally decided to exit the shop found 3 staff members standing together ask who is the manager and she was amongst the three standing together reported the matter as I was furious she wanted to apologize but it was too late for that damage already Done. I will never ever shop there again. Went to Game purchased the phone as I got the best service ever.
