Bad customer service ever

25 Oct 2023 at 15:18 Premio Tablet and I don't get a reply from you 22 Aug 2023, 21:36 Premio Tablet I bought a tablet in May.. Now the screen is broken, I went back to Arkermans to take back the phone and fix it, and I will pay. To my surprise, they don't fix the Primo tablet amd I bought with them. I even went to other shops that fixing the phones, they can't assist me and they are struggling to find Primo parts. Thsi is a bad customer service, no one advise me when I buy the phone that I will struggle with fixing the parts. How can you semm the phone, that you don't have option to fix it. I am not happy, so what should I do with the phone that is not working?
