Bad customer service

Hi I'm writing this complaint with a heavy heart. Last week Thursday I was at Ackermans Connect in Randfontein Village to buy a phone via payjoy. So I told the payjoy agent that I'm late can she please make it snappy. So as the lady was trying to do that, the cashier Nana was playful and didn't want to sell the phone and payjoy agent tried to fight for me as she's telling the cashier that I'm running late. But the cashier didn't care and left the till. I had to be assisted by another cashier after he was done with another customer. The lady has a bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone
