Bad customer service

On sunday the 8th of March i visited the Ackerman's Middelburg mall and has to say i was really not happy with the service they provided us . The staff on the floor were so not helpful and unbothered . Even when you went to ask information from they are were so bored and not welcoming and not helpful .

The customer service there is appalling
