Bad customer service

I am not pleased with the service I have received at the Ackermans Vaal Mall, I bought three pack of underwear that I bought in a hurry yesterday evening and when I requested for an exchange not return today the manager refuse and even called “customer services” that unfortunately they don’t allow returns of underwear, mind you that underwear was never worn and I picked it wrongly at the store. I left the underwear’s at the store because what will I do with someone that I picked without checking it. Let ackermans give it to the one might need it.
