Bad customer service by the sales person
Today in Pinestreet Ackerman in Greytown inexperienced the terrible service from a girl whose name tag is Mthethwa wearing an Ackermans and hollard T-shirt. Long story short they wanted to open an account for a granny without even explaining to her, she just said “ I wanna give you free card give me your ID card” I then asked the girl why don’t she explain to the lady the ts and cs, that it’s not freebies she then insulted me and all Ackerman consultants didn’t do anything about her insults even the manage
