Bad customer service at Ackermans sebokeng plaza

Ackermans plaza in sebokeng their staff has no customer service at all from cashier to Parker.I always shop there because I find most of the things on sale but the staff in that store makes it unpleasant.Today I was there with my sister's and came across few things on sale we decided to make a lay bye and the cashier Nthatisi Mangobe was complaining that people make laybyes and don't come back and i must come pay the balance end of the month but the receipt says exp 06.05.2024 their attitude in that work environment is totally unacceptable
