Bad Customer Service at Ackermans Mall@55 by Refilwe

Ackermans at mall@55 I got a very bad customer service from Refilwe and if it was not for Dorcus, I was going to take my money to another store

Well, I went to buy a phone, Redmi today on the 13th of December 2024. When I got there other cashiers were sweet and welcoming until I got my phone and Dorcus asked Refilwe to help me

Just after she has scanned the phone, she requested the money which I had questions but unfortunately she was rude to an extend of asking me if I should go to the till and do the job

I mean, who would want to purchase anything without understanding the value for their money? All I wanted to know was the guarantee and warranty and all that and thanks to Dorcus who came through and answered my question without any hesitation

Refilwe should be taught how to communicate with customers and rest assured, should I go to Ackermans at Mall@55 and find Refilwe, I will definitely leave to another store unless she is taken for training and know how to treat customers
