Bad customer service and false advertising

It has come to my attention that ackermans has false advertising ...last evening I went to ackermans at golden walk mall in germiston and I was humiliated being told that I can't buy items that were marked at 50%off ...they said these were supposed to be taken to an orphanage...why were these items on display to begin with ...and we all know orphanages mostly have kids so why would adult bras be taken there ...I then requested to see the manager and was told that he or she isn't there so I must chose weather I go or I can sleep in the shop ....if I don't get assistance by the end of the day this matter will be escalated
