Bad customer service

Very bad service from a guy called Kabelo Mabasa in Westgate mall,hes a store/floor manager he failed to properly assist me as a customer and had an attitude as well. I came to exchange a shirt bought from another branch instead I cudnt finds the suitable thing to exchange for it instead I. Asked for a refund but I was denied. Has all receipts and within a refund period instead was tolls tooo return to a store I bought it from.. What disappointed me is the attitude given to me
