Bad customer service

I went the last of last week to open an account I found 2 friendly ladies they assisted me and promised that I will get an sms after 2 days then I can go to town to any Ackerman to scann my bank account. After a week without getting that sms I went to Ackerman in town they scanned my documents and promised me to get an sms or call after 24 hours till today I never get any of thos 2 I'm so disappointed already with Ackerman. They should render the service they promised to clients they way it suppos to be not lies.
