Bad customer service

I went to Ackerman edenvale meadowdale the service was terrible. 1st they made me wait forever for the phone I went to buy and they had a promo on the phone for data, I asked about it no body know a about the promo they only said to me wat they know is I am not getting it from the store.... Which for me is not customer service.... 2nd they were ringing the phone exchanging it with out letting me know of anything, they were communicating in their language which is unpleasant for the customer if i can't understand wat they talking about. The cashier neo was better then the manager or supervisor who did not even have a name badge
