Bad customer service

I received very bad service from one of the ladies working on the floor, I think her name was Motsiane. There’s no need to be rude to customers when they ask questions. I asked a question regarding a purchase I made online, she was so rude she didn’t even look at me in the face when talking to me, all she did was nod. I’m requesting that proper training should take place on how to deal with customers. Very disappointing from Ackermans Middelburg Mall.
