Bad customer service

On the 4th January 2025 went for an exchange, after everything was processed at the till point, I requested my till slip back but the store manager (Simon) refused I asked for a copy, he again refused, I asked to take a picture of it he still refused, I even explained to him there's more items on the slip I might wanna returned and he couldn't be bothered. Simon is a true bully as he even instructed his subordinates not to give my my till slip, a typical example of a person over stepping his powers. It makes wonder why would he even be trusted to mend the store as he is not leading by example and customer service is the last thing on his mind,. He should be sent back to learn more about customer service to help resolve customers queries without emotions
