Bad Customer Service

Yesterday l went to Ackermans Tembisa Mall to buy Bras when l got there l choose the bras l want they didn't have price tags l checked similar bras they also didn't have prices tags l asked the lady on the floor to assist with the price she failed and told me to go ask at the till l qued and went to the till the lady on the tilll went on the shelves to check the prices but still all those bras didn't have prices tags and l ended up not buy the till lady said there's nothing they can do since they are no prices my question is that why do Ackermans put products on the shelves for us customers without prices and the whole store can't assist customers , l really wanted the bras but couldn't get them cox they said there's nothing they can do and they want to close the shop, WHY DO YOU PUT PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES WITHOUT BAR CODES AND PRICE TAGS AND NOONE IS WILLING TO HELP WHILE YOUR STUFF ARE ON DUTY,
