Bad customer service

I went to Birch Acres Square Ackermans this afternoon and I received a bad customer service. I was not allowed to pay my layby because the manager has some personal issues with my colleagues which doesn't involve me. Malebo Ntsebele was very rude, I'm very disgusted on how she approached us, she's a manager but she's rude, how can she not allow me to pay my layby??? Where should I pay?!!!

I'm disappointed to the last degree!!!
