Bad customer service

Ackermans Zeerust shop number 740 church street service is pathetic ..they don't have any respect towards their customers. We waited for a long time in a queue as there was load shedding and they don't have any back up system. After electricity was restored instead of the cashiers to assist us the customers that were already in the line they went and helped their friends without them having to be in the queue .I asked for the store manager to report what was happening and they literally refused to call him/her so a guy called Seitshiro Molefe came and after I told him what was happening he just laughed at me and leave. A cashier by the name of Merriam Kgatwe also refused to call the store manager cause she was one of th ecashiers that helped their friends that were not in the queue
