BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I received a call by one of the collections call center agents after 1 missed payment, she was very unprofessional and vile.i was shocked as I've been an agent as well. I've had this account for my daughter since she was a baby it's sad I will have to pay off my account an close it I want nothing to do with Ackermans. I wouldn't recommend it to my family and friends.
