Bad customer service

I am very disappointed with the experience I had at 2 Ackerman's stores. There are tracksuits that are displayed and have stickers that state that if you buy track top and track bottom as a set you will pay R199.When you get to the till you are asked to pay R280.I had to wait for over 30mins at one of the stores when they were "trying to rectify the problem". The staff were not forth coming and I was still asked to pay R280 despite the stickers displaying R199.
