Bad customer service

Hello I was at your Cresta branch yesterday looking for the Xiamo media stick on special for 499 was told they don't have stock will have today I go there today I'm given a run around nobody checks to verify if they have stock or not I'm told the branch manager is out and he or she is the only one who can check the branch that has ,then the cashier goes back to the till leaving me like that I then ask is there no one else who can help me then he goes and ask the lady who seemed like a supervisor at the till by the name of Tumi and tells me I must look for the lady who is sweeping by the name of Malatsi to call for me to check and then she tells she needs to get someone else to help me I ended leaving because no one is willing to assist me they have shift the blame from one person to another I know if it was a white person they would have jumped up so fast not happy with the service I got today but will go ahead and report it to expose their bad customer service.
