Bad customer service
Firstly it does not make sense to me for Ackermans online to take 5-7 working days to deliver within S.A, that's too. Then when I went to collect my order at Lakeside Mall, I had to wait even longer than the people who came to buy clothes at the store, how ridiculous was that. I'm never going to buy online for this store their service is terribly unbearable!
