Bad customer service

I'm so disgusted, I went to Ackermans Sandton city to exchange sneakers for my son, when I got there, there was no sizes, I went to the till and found Helen she is a cashier I asked her politely if she can check at which store can I get the size she said she can't check for me, their system doesn't show, then she send me to a guy by the name of Bongani to call a branch for me, He was not interested, he told me to go back to the person that was helping me, he is busy and can't stop what he is doing because he will loose count, what happened to giving customer service? I ended up returning the sneakers and took my money where I'm valued as a customer.
