Bad customer service

I was at Ackermans in Pan Africa mall in Alexandra and the lights were off due to loadshedding. It was pitch black inside and I asked why all the lights were completely off because now I have to buy and punch in my pin in the dark when I have to pay. I had to position myself in the way that exposes me to the other customers just to see if I am punching correctly.

When I asked the manger why there aren’t any lights on. He didn’t have an answer for me.

This is not fair to us as customers to be inconvenienced like this. Loadshedding is not today’s news. Kindly get back for the lights at least. For our safety inside the store.
