Bad customer service
<p>My acc was approved pending documents they said i must take them to the nearest ackermans i went to ackermans in brits mall near sasol garage,the person who was assisting me only took my documents and went to the back saying his going to fax stil today my documents wher not received u must train your staff members instead of them wasting out time!</p>
