Bad customer service

I appear listed on the credit bureau even though my debt have been written off and NCR law and policies and I am unable to continue using my account so that I can buy and pay my monthly installment. But I am now suffering because of Ackermans financial account department mistakes of debiting my account in 2024 January, charging me double for December 2023 and January 2024 without realizing that I had already paid for the purchases I made in December 2023 and I am frustrated because till now that problem was never resolved and I am only been punished by listing me on the written off debt and this is frustrating me because I want to continue shopping for my kids.
