Bad cashier service

Got to the pay point and realised I needed something more so I told the guy in front of me to remember I’m behind him because I’m already more than 6 months pregnant with a bladder of course and my son was with me and he’s autistic so I just we want to pay and get out when I saw the guy was paying I rushed to the queue where I saw other people was standing on the wrong side of the line and I thought I’m still next but then the cashier helps that people and I and the other guy tells her I was before them she don’t care she say I must just wait til she’s finished and that’s that knowing the guy before me just confirmed I wasn’t lying I was in the queue then I told her she doesn’t even care that I’m pregnant and she shows me she ignores me so I throw the items and leave the store but because my son started crying for the things I was going to buy him I rather went back and I ask for the manager and she helped me but that cashier didn’t even apologise and yet every time me or my family buys there the service is always bad I was so angry that even I cried because I’m soo tired of the treatment I keep getting at this store at Nonqubela mall in site b Khayelitsha Cape Town HONESTLY NO ONE SHOULD BOTHER BUYING THERE AND ILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN
