Bad Call center treatment

On the 08th march 2023 I got a call after multiple missed calls that I have to pay my account, an arrangement was made, funny enough today I am getting messages stating " If no payment is received today, preparation will commence", Can i have clarity on why did I have to make arrangements and still today i get such messages
