Bad Business

I recently opened up an ackermans clothing account after years of getting my credit rating cleared after a misspent youth. I used to pay my account instore up until the lockdown when started doing an eft . I had no problems initially as payment was received with no issues. On the 25th of June 2020 I did an eft. The very next day I received a text message saying that I need to pay a certain amount by the 30th of June. The text also said that if I've paid already to ignore the message. Payment on this account is only due on the last say but because I get paid on the 25th I pay my bills on the 25.

Over the last month or more I am still receiving calls, texts, and emails telling me that my account is 2 months in arrears. I have spent 100s of ranks on airtime, data and going in store to sort this issue out. Despite receiving emails and telephonic confirmation that the payment for June has been received and the account will be updated I am still receiving calls, texts and emails telling me my account is arrears. I have emailed POP several times already.

On the 24th of July I made another payment of R500 into the account and I received a text message yesterday saying thank you for making arrangements to pay off my arrears.

What can I do to put an end to all of this.

It's over a month so I don't under what the delay is... Your team needs to communicate with each other as each time I speak to someone I get a different excuse.... Unfortunately I have run out of patience
