Bad ****** behavior by Ackerman staff

Hi,

I visited your store today (22nd October 2023) at Mall of Africa, Johannesburg and a seriously bad incident happened with me where one of your staff (name - Phillip) has charged me at the exit of store and mentioned ****** comments.

First of all let me explain the full situation, he was charging my wife for *****ing the kids food (purity) which obviously we have bring from home. To add Phillip told my wife "where is the receipt of this, did you ***** this ? , I know you people , you theifs, ". These were his exact words. We then asked him to call the manager, and apparently manager was not at the store. 2 person came one by one claiming themselves as line manager but when I ask them questions they mentioned that they are not managers. Their names were Stella and Andezani.

I later ask three of them to share with me the line manager's number as I wanted to complaint about Phillip and his ****** behavior. They sarcastically told me to call customer care.

Is this how you guys run business, charge people, humiliate them ?

The experience today was extremely awful.
