Bad bad service

Ackermans connect Eyethu mall treat people like they a out of their minds, maybe because we in a low class location. I was the at nine when they were supposed to have the store opened and they were standing around saying the holding a meeting. Even today I went to pay my account they tell me they offline, from morning but funny enough they are able to do everything else. What peeses me off even more is that I laid a complaint with the complaint department and nothing was done, meaning the whole of Ackermans doesn't take their customers serious.
