BAD BAD BAD TERRIBLE SERVICE
<p>I app**** for an account on the 26th of May at mall of Africa till and I<br /> phoned THEIR call center serveral times no answer especially new business and<br /> email to find out what is going with my application nothing. USELESSSSSS....................N NO REPLY USELESS.........</p>

your customer care keeps transfarring me to your new business and telling me your account is pending they all act like they care but truly dont know customer service meaning cause new business is not aswering and i dont enjoy listerning to the call center song for 15min,if you cannot sort me out please withdraw my application im really disappointed in the service as i am a regular ackermans customer laybe stuff and buy my daughetrs clothes at your stores.

i would like to say big ups to customer services at ackkermans for taking my complaint into
consideration,they really did a very awosome job sorting my copmlain out.and i would like to thank the regoinal leader for mall of africa store for his phone call.my issue was not with the store but with the new business. i love shopping at ackermans thank you for your prompt respond
