BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF

Ackermans Brookside Mall in Pietermaritzburg. I have been buying from that branch for long because of the convenience. I had bad experiences twice and I don't like the way they treated me. In 2020 they treated me as if I was not being honest about the tablet I bought from the store which was faulty within seven days of buying it. They eventually replaced it after I stood my ground. On Saturday, 19 June 2021 I was disrespected by a teller who alleged that I put a lower price on the earphones I was buying. The supervisor was called and they told me its not the correct price which was much higher. The same supervisor who dealt with the tablet issue was not able to do her job. I asked why are they treating me as if I put the price there, and they just looked at me. They still expected me to pay for the clothing items. I decided to leave the store. I am not very happy with the treatment.
