Bad Attitude from a Manager-Bayside Mall

Went to the store with my family this morning, at 09:03 store still not open only to be shouted my the manager when asked why they left the door opened by customers cannot got in the store as they are still not opened. Why leave the door opened if you not opened and the decency to shout and scream at the customer wow...what type of managers did you hire
