Bad attitude

On Wednesday the 30th of May 2025 m, I went and payed off my laybuy but I was not given then slip for items then I asked the lady who was helping me what if I get home and some of the clothes do not fit how will I return them without the slip she then said no it’s fine you can return we shall assist. When I got home a pair of my son’s tracksuits had that clip on thing that normally rings at the door so I returned the tracksuit on Friday 02 of May 2025 with my dress but funny the day from the store gave us attitude and refused to remove the clip thing from the tracksuit without the item slip but was able to change the dress so I am a bit confused and she was very rude when we asked for her help
