Bad attitude at ackermans brits mall

Hello Peter today I was brits mall ackermans looking for a phone then cashier told me to wait for 10 minutes ok I waited that 10 minutes and it was more than 10 minutes then manager came with the phone then I've another option I ask her to change the phone for me cause I didn't see the name of the phone I want Nokia then she started to shout at me telling me that I must not make her go up and down I must know what I want then I told I thought it was Nokia cos the cashier told it's Nokia then continue with the bad attitude telling me if I change my mind I'm going to wait for 30 minutes the I told her is fine she can leave the phone then she said bye with a bad attitude I was so disappointed I didn't expect that treatment....then ask the cashier what her .name then she said is the manager by the name of Tsholo
