Bad attitude and undermining

I wanted to extend my layby by another month, so I got to the shop and ask if it’s possible to extend and they suggested I relayby, so when I got to the till, the lady asked why am I re-lay by small things, she undermined like that, why ask me such questions, the disrespect I felt . I have been laybying for the past 11 years had no issues but this. You need to train your stuff. Do your job and stop asking personal information, instead of asking why you want to re layby you telling me I can’t afford. Lack of customer respect.
