bad attitude

I went to lay-bay gray school pants, had wait for her while she was talking and laughing with her co worker at the till then she decides to assist she says ID! I ask if she wants my ID number she looks at me funny, then I say do yu take a drivers licence she looks at me and pull out her hand doesn't say anything, only her name was on the name tag so I asked for her surname she said she is just Lebo she has no surname.... Her colleague saw everything he said he appologise on her behalf but I felt illtreated and disrespected by her
